Helping hurting and struggling children, families & animals in Central Scotland
Who are we?
Hope Scotland CIC originally Urban Nature was founded by Sean & Marika in 2018 with the aim to create unique safe environments for struggling & hurting children & families using the therapeutic benefits that animals and nature provide. In the last year they supported many children & families with their specially designed school programs, therapy session & clubs.
What We Offer?
If you have a child who presents social and/or emotional behavioural difficulties, or is within the care system, our Urban Nature site has been specially designed to create a safe environment for struggling children and families within Central Scotland and has been adapted to deal with the pressures that COVID-19 has brought.
Alternative Classroom Programs
We offer a complete child centred approach in offering a safe unique environment for children that are struggling to conform to mainstream schooling due to a diverse range of challenges.
Animal Therapy Session
We offer both group & 1:2:1 animals assisted therapy session. We have a range of beautiful therapy animals from rabbits to alpacas. Our sessions are person centred and catered to each individuals needs.
Pre School Activities
We offer a range of activities for pre school children. These session have been specially designed to benefit your childs well-being, provide social skills & and to help with their creativity.
